Can I book you for one-off or short-term assignments?
Yes. My aim is to help businesses on their terms so that they can achieve their business objectives without the need to employ a permanent staff member. If it is help for one day, one week, one month, one project or any other agreed time frames, I am happy to assist on that basis.
How can short-term support benefit my business?
Short-term support allows you to manage workload peaks, cover staff leave, and traction projects or other business priorities without the commitment of employing a permanent staff member.
Do you provide services in-person or remotely?
Both! Whilst I specialise in offering remote services, if there are specific tasks or projects that require in-person assistance, I am happy to discuss arrangements tailored to your preferences and requirements.
My computer skills aren’t great - can you help me?
Yes! I can work with you to identify the issues that you are having and provide one-on-one tutoring to help you improve your skills. Tutoring is provided in a relaxed format and is paced to suit your comfort level.
Do you have an ABN?

How do I provide instructions or communicate with you?
You can provide instructions and communicate with me through a range of channels, including email, phone calls, video calls, or by collaborating on team sites.
My business information is sensitive - how can I ensure your services maintain confidentiality?
Having worked in highly confidential environments throughout my career, I understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality. I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement to affirm my commitment to protecting confidential information.
Do you accept urgent tasks with short notice?
Yes, where possible, I endeavour to accommodate urgent requests. Being available to assist businesses at short notice is a key focus of my business. Whilst I can’t guarantee that I will always have availability, I do work seven days a week so we should be able to find time to traction critical tasks. Please contact me if you need urgent assistance.
I also encourage you to plan ahead where possible and consider future needs, especially for known periods of high activity or upcoming staff leave. Planning ahead will alleviate pressure on your business and allow me to allocate dedicated time to support you.
How do you onboard new clients?
My onboarding process begins with an initial consultation to understand your business requirements and objectives. Following the initial consultation, I will then develop a plan that details the scope of service, agreed communication channels, timelines and costings.
